RTG specializes in the representation of actors, screenwriters and directors.  As well as managing the careers of well established star talent, RTG also looks for the “diamond in the rough” - outstanding talent that has not reached it’s full potential due to the exclusive nature of the Hollywood system or has fallen through the cracks of a business that is often more interested in the “heat” on talent, instead of the actual “talent.”
